1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to dayitechnology.cc and the advertising network operated by DAYI TECHNOLOGY INC ("DayiAds"). By creating an account, funding a balance, submitting a publisher application or using the platform, you accept these Terms together with our Advertising & Anti-Fraud Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details, keep credentials confidential and remain responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for business use. We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, misrepresents its identity or creates risk for other participants.

3. Advertiser terms

• Prepaid balance. Campaigns are funded from a prepaid USD balance. Minimum deposit is $500. No interest is paid on balances.
• Deposits. Checkout reserves the selected tier; our team provides transfer instructions. The balance is credited when the transfer clears.
• Delivery. We aim to deliver purchased volume but do not guarantee specific impressions, clicks, conversions or CPA outcomes.
• Invalid traffic. Confirmed invalid impressions and clicks are removed from billing and credited to your balance.
• Refunds. Unused funds are refundable within 30 days of the last deposit, minus transfer fees, provided the account is not under investigation. Consumed budget is non-refundable.
• Campaign content. You are responsible for the offers, landing pages and claims you advertise, and for complying with the laws of the countries you target.

4. Publisher terms

• Inventory rights. You confirm you are authorised to monetize the declared sites and apps.
• Traffic quality. Incentivised, automated, misleading or artificially inflated traffic is prohibited. Publishers responsible for invalid traffic forfeit unpaid revenue and may be removed.
• Payouts. Approved publishers are paid weekly from a $50 threshold by bank transfer or USDT, in USD, following verification.
• Placement rules. Ad units must not be placed on checkout, payment or account-deletion pages, or in a way that misleads users about the nature of the ad.

5. Prohibited activity

The Advertising & Anti-Fraud Policy lists prohibited verticals and practices. In summary, the network may not be used for malware, pirated content, adult content, unlicensed gambling, counterfeit goods, financial scams, deceptive software or any activity that violates applicable sanctions and export controls.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, brand, site design and documentation are owned by DAYI TECHNOLOGY INC or its licensors. You retain ownership of your creative and data, and grant us a limited licence to host, transmit and display it for the purpose of delivering campaigns.

7. Confidentiality

Non-public pricing, volumes, tracking data and account information exchanged between the parties are confidential and may not be disclosed without written consent, except where required by law.

8. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability arising from the platform is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify DAYI TECHNOLOGY INC against claims arising from your content, offers, landing pages, inventory or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may close the account with written notice. We may suspend delivery immediately where required to prevent fraud, legal exposure or harm to the network. Unpaid, undisputed balances are settled after final reconciliation.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Denver, Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.

13. Changes

We may amend these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
