DAYI TECHNOLOGY INC ("DayiAds", "we", "us") is a Colorado corporation with its principal office at 1401 Lawrence, Denver, CO 80202, United States. We operate a performance advertising network at dayitechnology.cc. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].

2. Information we collect

• Account information — name, email address, company, country and password hash when you create an account or apply as a publisher.
• Billing and order information — contact details, order notes and the deposit tier you select. Full payment card details are not stored on our servers; transfers are arranged with our team.
• Correspondence — messages submitted through the contact form, email threads and support notes.
• Technical information — IP address, browser and device signals, pages requested and timestamps, used for security, fraud prevention and aggregate reporting.
• Advertising data — campaign settings, creative and tracking identifiers supplied by advertisers; aggregate impression, click and conversion events.

3. How we use it

• To create and administer accounts, process deposit orders and provide the platform.
• To review publisher applications and detect invalid traffic or prohibited activity.
• To respond to enquiries and provide account support.
• To produce aggregate reporting for advertisers and publishers.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service and Advertising Policy.

4. Legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on performance of a contract (providing the platform), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, network security, product improvement) and consent where required (for example, non-essential cookies). You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the network (hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment administration), with professional advisers where necessary, and with authorities where required by law. Service providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

6. Advertising and cookies

7. Retention

Account records are retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution obligations. Aggregate advertising statistics may be retained indefinitely in de-identified form.

8. Security

We apply access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords and least-privilege access to production systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

9. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, object to certain processing, or request a portable copy. Send requests to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

10. International transfers

We operate from the United States and use service providers in other countries. Where personal data leaves the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

11. Children

The platform is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the platform or the law. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised effective date.
