Advertising & anti-fraud policy
The rules that keep the network usable for buyers and publishers alike. They apply to every creative, landing page, publisher and traffic source.
Last updated: October 2026
1. Prohibited verticals
- Adult content, explicit dating and adult-oriented products.
- Pirated media, cracked software and unlicensed streaming.
- Malware, spyware, fake antivirus, coercive downloads and browser-lock pages.
- Counterfeit goods, fake documents and unlicensed pharmaceuticals.
- Unlicensed gambling, binary options and get-rich-quick schemes.
- Financial scams, fake investment platforms and impersonation of banks or government agencies.
2. Creative standards
- No fake system alerts, fake virus warnings or simulated OS dialogs.
- No claims that cannot be substantiated on the landing page.
- No auto-playing audio, forced full-screen prompts or exit traps.
- No use of trademarks you are not authorised to use.
- Landing page must match the creative promise and load in a reasonable time on mobile.
3. Traffic quality
Publishers must disclose how traffic is acquired. The following are prohibited:
- Bots, emulators, click farms and automated browsing.
- Incentivised clicks, forced clicks and misleading placement.
- Popunder stacking, multiple popunders per session, or popunders on checkout and payment pages.
- Traffic from sites that distribute pirated content or malware.
- Redirecting users through hidden iframes or cloaking to deceive review.
4. Detection and enforcement
We review publishers manually, score ad requests pre-bid, and monitor click-to-impression ratios, conversion patterns and session depth. When we confirm invalid traffic:
- The affected impressions are removed from advertiser billing.
- The publisher is suspended pending review and unpaid amounts tied to the traffic are withheld.
- Serious or repeated violations end the agreement and may be reported to relevant parties.
5. Advertiser responsibilities
Advertisers are responsible for the legality of their offers in every targeted country, for holding required licences, and for honouring the terms shown on their landing pages. Campaigns targeting restricted categories must be disclosed before launch.
6. Reporting a violation
Send evidence — screenshot, URL, timestamp and account or campaign identifier — to [email protected]. We acknowledge reports within one business day and pause the reported creative or source while investigating.
7. Credits and refunds for invalid traffic
Confirmed invalid traffic is credited to the affected ad group. Credits are applied to the next invoice or, for closed accounts, refunded to the original payment source. The determination is made on platform data and may include third-party verification.
